The tax break down for cannabis tax in Oregon was established in the 2014 vote for Measure 91.
Here's where our taxes are going:
40% goes to the common school fund
25% goes to Alcohol and drug abuse treatment and prevention programs
15% Goes to Oregon state police
10% goes to the cities and 10% counties to fight against the black market.
